Today I will be blogging about our fun Supermarket trip we went to on Wednesday the 23th of October. We went in class to the supermarket and had 1 hour and the supermarket. What we did was we had to find the fat, energy,sugar,fiber,sodium and we had to fill a piece of paper that had categories. For the categories was breakfast,bead,muesli bar,dairy and snack food then we had to fill in the back of the paper what did on the back of the paper was the colour fruit and vegetable.
